Who might be able to join this trial:

• For Part A: You must be at least 12 months old and no older than 21 years old when you join the study; for Part B, you must be at least 12 months old and no older than 30 years old.

• Your cancer must be measurable or detectable on scans (Part B requires it to be measurable; Part A allows either measurable or detectable disease).

• You have never previously received a drug called tegavivint.

Who may not be able to join:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are able to have children, you are not willing to use two effective forms of birth control (including a barrier method such as a condom) for the duration of the study.
• You are currently taking steroid medications (like prednisone) and your dose has not been stable or decreasing for at least 7 days before joining.
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug.
• You are currently receiving any other cancer treatments.
• You are taking medicines to prevent organ rejection after a bone marrow transplant, such as cyclosporine or tacrolimus.
• You are currently taking certain medications that strongly affect how the body processes drugs through a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 (confirm with trial site for a list of these medications).
• You have received a type of bone-strengthening drug called a bisphosphonate within the past 4 weeks.
• You have received a drug called denosumab within the past 180 days (about 6 months).

• You have a known condition that affects how your body processes minerals in bones, such as hyperparathyroidism, Paget's disease, or osteomalacia.

• You have low calcium levels in your blood (grade 2 or higher) that cannot be corrected with calcium supplements taken by mouth.
• Your vitamin D level is too low and cannot be brought up with supplements, or you are unwilling to take vitamin D or calcium supplements if needed.
• You have a severe form of bone thinning called grade 3 osteoporosis.
• You currently have an infection that is not under control.
• You have previously received a transplant of a solid organ (such as a kidney or liver).
