Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been formally diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) — a type of blood cancer — and whose condition now needs treatment based on internationally recognised medical guidelines.
- People who previously completed a first-line (initial) treatment course combining a drug called venetoclax with a type of immune-targeting drug (anti-CD20 antibody), possibly alongside another treatment, and whose CLL responded to that treatment (showed signs of remission or reduction).
- People whose CLL came back more than 24 months after their last dose of venetoclax (Cohort 1), or between 12 and 24 months after their last dose of venetoclax (Cohort 2).
Who may not be able to join:
- People who received any additional CLL treatment after finishing their venetoclax-based first-line course and before their CLL came back.
