- People who are considered unfit for low-level exercise — for example, those who have had a heart attack or stroke within the last year and have not received approval from their family doctor or heart specialist confirming it is safe to exercise
- People who do not have access to the internet, and do not have a computer or mobile phone capable of receiving emails or clicking on links to watch YouTube videos
- People whose expected survival is less than 2 years
