Who might be able to join this trial:
- The baby was born at 36 weeks of pregnancy or later (not very premature).
- The baby weighs between 2.5 kg and 4 kg at birth.

- The baby has very low blood pressure that has not responded to fluids or medicines to support the heart.
- The baby has reduced or impaired kidney function.
- The baby has already been given medicines to improve blood flow in the lungs.
- The baby has stomach or intestinal problems, including bleeding in the digestive tract.
