  • You have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer that has been confirmed by a tissue biopsy, at various stages but without spread to distant parts of the body.
  • Your treatment plan includes breast-conserving surgery (keeping most of the breast) with or without chemotherapy or hormone therapy, followed by radiation therapy to the breast and possibly the surrounding lymph node areas.
  • You are willing and able to give your written consent to take part in the trial.

  • You have been diagnosed with DCIS (a very early, non-invasive form of breast cancer) or inflammatory breast cancer (a rare type that causes swelling and redness).
  • Your breast cancer has come back after a previous treatment (recurrence).
  • Your cancer has already spread to other parts of the body (such as bones, lungs, or liver).
  • You have had another type of cancer within the last 10 years before your current breast cancer diagnosis.
  • You have previously received radiation therapy to any area of the body.
