Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are over 18 years old
- You speak Danish
- You have been diagnosed with open angle glaucoma or high eye pressure (ocular hypertension)
- Your average eye pressure reading is 22 mmHg or higher
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of significant eye disease or eye injury, other than open angle glaucoma or high eye pressure
- You have been treated with steroid medications within the last 3 months
- You have a serious condition such as high blood pressure, heart failure, diabetes, stroke, lung disease, or an autoimmune disease that is not well controlled — note that these conditions are not a barrier if they are well managed or do not require treatment
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are a woman using a form of contraception considered unreliable or unsafe (confirm with trial site)
- You have an allergy to the medication being tested in the trial
- You are unable to cooperate with eye examination tests
- You have damage or defects on the surface of your eye
- You need more than one type of medication to treat your glaucoma
