Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer (with or without hormone receptors)
- Your cancer is at an early to locally advanced stage (Stage I, II, or III)
- Your doctors plan to treat you with chemotherapy plus the targeted drugs trastuzumab and pertuzumab before surgery (any chemotherapy regimen is accepted)

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a medical reason why you cannot receive trastuzumab or pertuzumab
- You need additional chemotherapy after surgery (hormone therapy after surgery is allowed)
- You have been diagnosed with another cancer within the last 5 years — although certain exceptions may apply, such as a treated non-melanoma skin cancer or cervical cancer that has not spread (confirm with trial site)
