Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have finished treatment aimed at curing their prostate cancer
- People who are receiving prostate cancer survivorship care at one of these specific hospitals: University Health Network (UHN), Trillium Health Partners (THP), Niagara Health System (NHS), Prostate Cancer Centre - Calgary (PCCC), or Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre (QEII HSC)
- People whose treatment specialist has determined they have a low risk of their cancer coming back
- People with enough English language ability to complete study activities, or who have a caregiver willing to help with translation, as assessed by the research team
- People who have access to an email address, or whose caregiver has an email address that can be used for the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic prostate cancer) are not eligible to take part in this research
