  • You have, or have had, at least one risk factor for getting Hepatitis C (HCV), such as: injecting drugs now or in the past, having been in prison, having HIV, receiving blood products before 1990, getting a tattoo or piercing in an unregulated setting, having a needle-stick injury, or having a mother with HCV
  • OR you currently attend a service that supports people who may be at risk of Hepatitis C, such as a drug treatment clinic, needle and syringe program, prison, mobile outreach service, community health service, mental health service, or homelessness service
  • You are willing and able to give your consent to take part in the study

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are not able or not willing to give your consent to participate
  • You are unwilling to follow the requirements of the study

To evaluate the proportion of HCV infected (HCV RNA quantifiable) participants who initiate HCV treatment at 12 weeks following HCV RNA testing.
