Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are well enough to carry out some normal daily activities (your doctor can confirm this using a standard health scoring tool)
- You are expected to live for more than six months
- You are able to speak English
- For the Head & Neck, Thoracic, Gynecologic, Melanoma, and Breast group: You have been diagnosed with one of these cancer types AND are currently receiving cancer treatment or radiation therapy, or finished radiation therapy or major surgery within the last 4 weeks, AND your fatigue has been at least a 4 out of 10 in the past 7 days
- For the First Remission Gynecologic Cancer group: You have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, a gynecologic cancer and have finished your main first course of treatment (ongoing hormone or targeted therapy is still allowed)
- For the Advanced Cancer group: You have been diagnosed with a later-stage or advanced cancer (such as Stage III or IV lung, breast, ovarian, or other cancers listed — confirm specific cancer types with the trial site) AND are currently receiving treatment, radiation, or being monitored
- For the Cancer Survivor group: You have finished active cancer treatment such as surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy (ongoing hormone or targeted therapy is still allowed), AND your fatigue has been at least a 4 out of 10 in the past 7 days
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a cognitive or mental condition that would make it difficult for you to complete study questionnaires or assessments on your own
- You are not willing to be randomly assigned to a treatment group in the study
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial that is specifically testing complementary or integrative medicine approaches and measuring symptoms as the main goal (participating in other types of trials is still allowed)
