- You do not wish to give consent to participate
- You are unable to follow the study requirements due to where you live, your social situation, or a mental health condition
- (For Group 1 only) You are covered by AME health coverage (confirm with trial site)
- (For Group 2 only) You have previously received any biologic treatment within the last 4 months
- (For Group 2 only) You have been treated with two or more biologic medications in the past
- (For Group 2 only) You have already received a biologic that targets IL-23 specifically
- You have a medical reason why you cannot take the biologic treatment being studied (confirm with trial site)
