Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Sézary syndrome at a specific stage (stage IVA1)
- You are considered suitable to receive a treatment called extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP), where blood is treated with light outside the body

- Any side effects from your previous treatment have mostly gone away or are very mild

- You have another significant health condition that would make it hard for you to receive the treatment or follow the study requirements
- You have dementia or a condition that affects your thinking in a way that would prevent you from understanding and agreeing to take part
- You have a known allergy to a medication called Methoxsalen or to heparin (both used as part of the ECP procedure)
- You are pregnant
