Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy or similar test)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan for medical reasons
- People who have had a surgical procedure called TURP (a type of prostate surgery) within the past 6 months
- People who have certain conditions including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, ataxia telangiectasia, or systemic lupus erythematosus
- People who have previously received radiation therapy to the pelvic area
- People who are not willing to use contraception during the trial
