Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have a type of blood cancer called Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and the cancer cells test positive for a protein called CD19, and you are under 26 years old
  • Your leukemia has come back in the bone marrow for a second time or more, OR it has come back after a bone marrow/stem cell transplant (and it has been at least 6 months since that transplant), OR your leukemia did not go into remission after standard chemotherapy treatments, OR you are not able to have a stem cell transplant due to other serious health conditions, no suitable donor, or other medical reasons
  • Your cancer has been confirmed to have the CD19 protein through a lab test on bone marrow or blood samples
  • You are well enough to carry out some daily activities, as measured by a standard health performance score (confirm with trial site for exact score requirements)

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have an active, uncontrolled Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infection that is not being managed by your doctors
  • You have a known HIV infection
  • You currently have a serious infection that is not under control with treatment
  • You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
