Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your own blood cells have already been checked and confirmed suitable for making a special type of immune cell treatment (T-cells)
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part and allow your health information to be used
- You are able to carry out basic daily activities, based on a standard ability score of 2 or lower (confirm with trial site)
- Your doctor expects you to live for at least 12 weeks or more
- You have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer confirmed by a lab test, and your cancer cells have tested positive for a protein called B7H3
- Your cancer has come back or stopped responding to your first course of treatment, shown either by scans or rising levels of a cancer marker called CA125
- Your cancer can be measured on a scan, with a tumor of at least 10mm or an enlarged lymph node of at least 15mm
- Your blood counts, liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs are working well enough to meet specific levels set by the trial (confirm with trial site for exact values)
- You have tested negative for pregnancy within 3 days before joining the trial
- If you could become pregnant, you are willing to avoid pregnancy by using two reliable forms of contraception from when you sign consent until 8 weeks after treatment ends
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a condition where your immune system does not work properly, or you have had a severe allergic reaction in the past
- You currently have an active infection with HIV, HTLV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
- You have a serious, uncontrolled infection caused by bacteria, a virus, or a fungus
- You had a hole in your bowel, a blocked bowel, or an infection inside your abdomen within the last 3 months
- You are currently being treated for another type of cancer (other than ovarian cancer)
- You have a significant heart problem, such as serious heart dysfunction or a heart rhythm problem that needs medical treatment
- You are currently taking steroid tablets (such as prednisone) at a dose of 10mg or more per day, or an equivalent amount of another steroid
- You are still experiencing significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment that have not yet resolved
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are unwilling or unable to give your consent to take part in the study
