Who might be able to join this trial:
- People diagnosed with a type of early-stage breast condition called DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ) that measures 2 cm or smaller, based on imaging such as a mammogram or breast MRI

- People whose DCIS measures larger than 2 cm on imaging
- People whose DCIS was diagnosed through surgery rather than a needle biopsy
- People with a prior history of DCIS or breast cancer in the same breast
- People who have previously had surgical biopsy or lumpectomy in the same breast
- People whose breast size is too small for cryoablation to be carried out safely (confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have been pregnant within the last 6 months
- People who have previously received radiation treatment to the same breast
