Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been formally diagnosed with schizophrenia according to standard psychiatric guidelines (DSM-5)
- People whose schizophrenia did not respond well to at least two different standard antipsychotic medications before trying clozapine
- People who have been taking clozapine for more than 12 weeks but have not had a satisfactory improvement in symptoms

- People whose routine blood or laboratory test results show clinically significant abnormalities
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who would be unable to follow the study procedures and requirements
