Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed by a doctor with mild to moderate osteoarthritis (also called Degenerative Joint Disease) in the knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, hip, or spine, rated as early-stage on a standard medical scale (grades 1–2)
• People whose knee osteoarthritis meets the standard diagnostic criteria set by the American College of Rheumatology, based on clinical and imaging findings
• People between 35 and 85 years of age
• People who have experienced joint pain at a level of 3 to 7 out of 10 on a pain scale during the week before enrolling
• People whose joint pain in the knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, hip, or spine has had a negative impact on their quality of life
• People who are willing to avoid using any creams, gels, or topical products on the treatment area during the study, other than the approved product provided at the start of the trial
• People whose doctor, or the study site doctor, has determined that participation in the trial is appropriate for them
• People who are able and willing to apply the treatment device themselves each day at home or during normal daily activities, and who can avoid wearing the device during bathing, showering, or any activity that involves the device being submerged in water
• People who are willing not to use or start any opioid or non-opioid pain medications during the study
• People who are willing to stop any other active treatments on the affected area during the study period, such as TENS machines, electronic muscle stimulators, or therapeutic ultrasound devices

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are unable to demonstrate that they can put on and take off the study device correctly
• People who have any condition that, in the investigator's judgment, would make participation unsafe or unsuitable, including difficulty understanding or following instructions
• People who have taken part in a clinical trial involving an investigational drug or treatment within the 30 days before screening
• People who are pregnant
• People who are currently imprisoned
• People who have a pacemaker
• People who have a cancer or malignancy in the area of the body where the treatment would be applied
• People who have an active infection, open sores, or wounds in the treatment area
• People who have reduced or impaired sensation in the treatment area, such as from chemotherapy or anaesthesia
• People who have a known condition affecting the nerves in the brain or spinal cord (neuropathy)
• People who have an inherited tendency toward excessive bleeding
• People who have had a joint replacement or surgery in the affected area within the past 6 months (knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, or hip)
• People who require ongoing oxygen support
• People who have a known allergy to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs)
• People whose arthritis is caused by a metabolic or inflammatory condition, rather than standard wear-and-tear osteoarthritis
