- You currently have an active infection that requires medication
- You have uncontrolled HIV/AIDS or an active hepatitis infection
- You have another cancer (past or present) that could affect the safety or results of this study, as decided by your cancer doctor
- You have a mental or medical condition that would prevent you from giving consent or taking part in the trial
- You have another serious health condition, as decided by the study doctor
- You use illegal drugs or drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day
- You are currently enrolled in Weight Watchers or any other weight loss program
- You have had a heart attack
- You have had a stroke
- You have heart failure
- You have chronic hepatitis
- You have cirrhosis (serious liver scarring)
- You have chronic pancreatitis (long-term inflammation of the pancreas)
- You have had a solid organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant)
