Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been experiencing shoulder pain on your affected (weaker) side after a stroke or similar condition for at least 3 months
- You have moderate to significant shoulder pain (scoring more than 3 out of 10) when someone gently moves your affected shoulder for you
Who may not be able to join:
- You have significant difficulties with memory or thinking, based on a standard mental awareness test score below 24
- You have diabetes that is not well controlled, or a condition that affects your blood's ability to clot properly
- You have received Botulinum toxin (such as Botox) injections in the past six months
- You have had any type of injection into your shoulder area in the last six months
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to the substances used in the injections being tested in this trial
