Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 40 years of age or older
- People who used to smoke but no longer do
- People who have a smoking history of at least 10 pack-years (roughly equal to smoking one pack per day for 10 years, or an equivalent amount over a different period)

- People who are currently taking medications that suppress the immune system
- People who have an active cancer diagnosis, other than a common type of non-serious skin cancer (non-melanoma skin cancer)
- People whose blood pressure is not well controlled
- People who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant within the next year
- People who plan to move away from the local area within the next 3 months
