Who may not be able to join:

  • You are under 18 years old
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Your immune system is weakened for any reason
  • You have previously been treated with two or more biological therapies
  • You are currently taking steroid medication at a dose higher than 10 mg per day
  • You are under any form of legal protection or guardianship
  • You do not wish to give your consent to participate
  • You have a history of alcohol or drug dependency, significant psychological difficulties, or serious other health conditions that may affect your ability to take part fully (confirm with trial site)
  • You are covered by the specific health insurance type called AME

For Group 1 only:

  • You have previously received any biological therapy
