  • You are not expected to receive any cancer treatments
  • You have already gone through puberty
  • You are pregnant
  • You only have one ovary
  • Doctors believe you are at high risk of complications from surgery
  • You are unable to give your agreement to take part due to significant mental health or cognitive challenges
