  • People who currently do 60 minutes or less of moderate to vigorous structured exercise per week
  • People who speak English and/or Spanish, and are able to communicate and complete written forms in one of those languages
  • People who are willing and able to travel to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) for the required data collection visits

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are not currently receiving hormone therapy targeting androgen levels (such as LHRH agonists/antagonists or androgen receptor blockers)
  • People with uncontrolled heart, lung, or metabolic conditions that could get worse with exercise
  • People who do not speak English or Spanish
  • People who have a second cancer diagnosis, with the exception of basal cell carcinoma (a common, less serious form of skin cancer)
  • People who already do more than 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous structured exercise per week
  • People who are unable to travel to DFCI for the necessary data collection visits
  • People who, in the opinion of the study investigators, may not be able to safely follow the study's monitoring requirements (confirm with trial site)
