Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer (stages I to III) and had surgery about 4 weeks ago, but have not yet started chemotherapy or hormone therapy
- People whose cancer treatment plan includes chemotherapy or hormone therapy as a next step, but who have not yet begun that treatment
- People who are able to read and speak English
- People who are able to give informed consent, as assessed by trained study staff or a member of their care team
- People who have not had any cancer treatment (other than for skin cancer) in the two years before joining the study
- Treating physicians must be a licensed doctor of the patient enrolled in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already started chemotherapy or hormone therapy
- People who have received cancer treatment (other than skin cancer treatment) within the two years before enrollment
- People who are not able to read and speak English
- People who are not able to provide informed consent as determined by study staff or their care team
