  • People who have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer (confirmed through tissue testing) that can be surgically removed and has not spread to other parts of the body (Stage I–III)

  • People who have had another serious cancer in the past 5 years that is still active or requires ongoing treatment (certain skin cancers, early-stage breast or cervical cancers that have been fully treated may not apply — confirm with trial site)
  • People with a known history of a neurological or psychiatric condition, such as epilepsy or dementia, or a history of substance or drug misuse
  • People with a known allergy to any components used in the trial's treatment approach, a history of immune system deficiency, or a history of organ transplantation
  • People with other serious ongoing health conditions that could affect their safety or ability to complete the trial, such as serious infections, liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, lung disease, or poorly controlled diabetes or abnormal cholesterol levels
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • People who the trial doctor determines are not suitable for the study for other reasons
