- Adults aged 18 to 65 years old (inclusive)
- People who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, as defined by a standard psychiatric diagnostic guide (DSM-5)
- People currently receiving care at a specific type of rehabilitation and therapeutic care centre (called a CREATIV)
