Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Men between 18 and 75 years old
  • People whose general physical condition is rated at a certain level of functioning (ECOG score of 2 or below — confirm with trial site)
  • People who have prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone-lowering treatments (castration-resistant prostate cancer), with or without the cancer having spread to other parts of the body

  • People with certain infectious diseases, such as HIV, active hepatitis B or C, or active tuberculosis
  • People whose immune cells do not meet the minimum laboratory requirements needed for the treatment to be prepared (confirm with trial site)
  • People whose vital signs are unstable or who are unable to cooperate with the study team
  • People with a mental illness that would prevent them from cooperating with treatment or assessments
  • People with a history of severe allergic reactions, particularly to a substance called IL-2
  • People who currently have a serious infection anywhere in the body that requires treatment
  • People with significant problems affecting the heart, lungs, brain, liver, or kidneys
  • People who have another type of cancer in addition to prostate cancer
  • People who the treating doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for other medical reasons
