Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are not currently doing regular physical activity
  • People whose asthma is not well controlled (based on a standard asthma symptom score above 1.5)
  • People who have been formally diagnosed with asthma according to recognised international guidelines (GINA 2020)

  • People who currently smoke, or who stopped smoking less than one year ago, or who have a significant history of heavy smoking (more than 15 pack-years) (confirm with trial site if unsure how this applies)
