Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 50 and older (the trial aims to recruit around 1,000 people in total)

- People who have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure
- People who have been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation or another type of heart rhythm problem
- People who have been diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (a long-term lung condition)
- People who currently have a diagnosis of cancer
- People with a past or current history of serious alcohol or drug misuse
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan, which may include those with certain implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, or neurostimulators), metal implants that could move in a magnetic field, cerebral aneurysm clips, possible metal fragments in the body (for example from past war wounds or metalworking), pregnancy, or extensive metal dental work (confirm with trial site)
