Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 40 and 75 years old
- Your body weight (BMI) is within a normal range for your age
- You are able to read and sign a consent form agreeing to follow the study's requirements, or you have a legally recognized guardian who can do this on your behalf
- You do not have any obvious physical health conditions
- You have a suitable artery in your wrist or arm that can be used for a small medical procedure (confirm with trial site)
- You are a non-smoker and are not currently using any over-the-counter nicotine replacement products (such as patches or gum)
- You have not taken any prescription medications that affect the brain or nervous system for at least three weeks
For certain groups within the trial (Cohorts 2B and 2C) only:
- You have someone (such as a family member, partner, friend, or caregiver) who spends at least 5 hours per week with you, knows your daily routines, and can attend all study visits with you
- You have had a specific memory and thinking assessment (called an MME) within the last 6 months (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:

- The arteries in your wrist or arm are not suitable for the procedure required in the study
- You have recently had another radioactive imaging scan (such as a PET scan) and there is still too much radiation remaining in your body, or you have had more than two PET scans in the past two weeks (confirm with trial site)

- You cannot have an MRI scan — for example, because you have a permanent pacemaker, metal implants in your body, or you have severe claustrophobia
- You are currently pregnant (women who could become pregnant will be tested before the scan, and a positive result would mean you cannot join)
- You are currently breastfeeding
- You have a medical condition or personal circumstances that the study doctors believe would make it difficult to get reliable results or safely complete the study (confirm with trial site)
