  • People whose cancer has spread to the brain, spinal cord lining, bones, or bone marrow, as confirmed by scans or tissue testing
  • People with serious heart failure
  • People who have previously had a stem cell transplant or organ transplant from another person
  • People who have active bleeding or a condition that causes the immune system to attack blood platelets
  • People for whom chemotherapy is considered medically unsuitable
  • People who test positive for HIV
  • People who have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
