Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People diagnosed with a specific type of breast cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma) at certain stages (cT1-3N1) who are planned to receive chemotherapy and/or targeted therapy before surgery

  • People with a known sensitivity or allergic reaction to dextran compounds or iron
  • People with a condition that causes too much iron to build up in the body
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • People who have a pacemaker, other metal implants in the chest wall, or a joint replacement in the shoulder
  • People who are not mentally able to give informed consent (confirm with trial site)
