Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed and dated a written consent form before any study procedures, samples, or tests are carried out

- Men whose sperm test at the start of the study shows fewer than 39 million motile (moving) sperm per ejaculate
- Women whose hormone level (AMH, a marker of egg supply) is below the normal range for their age group at the start of the study
- People with any condition that the trial doctor believes would make it difficult for them to follow the study requirements
- People who will be receiving another experimental treatment during the study period (taking part in an observational study is allowed)
- People who have switched from one type of treatment to another during their treatment course (for example, switching between targeted therapy and immunotherapy, or making a change after the pre-surgery treatment phase based on how their cancer responded)
