Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who were biologically female at birth
- People who are over 18 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with stage I, II, or III breast cancer
- People who are about to start, or have recently started, chemotherapy given through a drip (intravenously) either before or after surgery
- People whose general physical functioning is rated at a reasonable level by their medical team (ECOG score below 3 — confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not have access to a smartphone with Bluetooth, or at least a shared mobile phone in the household (required for a Fitbit device and text message communication used in the study)
- People with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who use insulin injections or injected insulin therapy, or whose blood sugar control is very poor (HbA1c above 10%)
- People who are unable to have a research MRI scan — for example, those with a pacemaker, certain metal implants, or who are pregnant
- People with a thyroid condition that is not currently controlled
- People with a personal history of an eating disorder
- People with a very low body weight (BMI under 18.5) or signs of significant muscle and weight loss related to illness
- People who have lost 5% or more of their body weight in the past six months
- People who currently work night shifts or rotating shifts, already eat all their food within a 10-hour window or less, or have been eating fewer than three meals a day consistently over the past three months
- People who, based on a standard exercise readiness questionnaire, require medical clearance before doing intense exercise testing, and have not been cleared to do so by their oncologist or family doctor
