Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 19 years or older.
- Women who have had breast-conserving surgery (removal of the tumour and some surrounding tissue) or a full mastectomy (removal of the entire breast) for invasive breast cancer.
- People whose cancer was found to have spread to a limited number of nearby lymph nodes (classified as stage pN1) based on examination of tissue removed during surgery — with specific conditions applying depending on the number of affected nodes and type of surgery performed (confirm with trial site).
- People with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer who are receiving or are planning to receive hormone therapy.
- People with HER2-positive breast cancer who have received or are expected to receive targeted therapy.

- People who have given their consent to participate in the study.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have received chemotherapy before their surgery (known as neoadjuvant chemotherapy).
- People receiving radiation therapy aimed at controlling or relieving symptoms of advanced disease (salvage or palliative radiation).
- People whose tumour is classified as stage T4, meaning the cancer has grown into the chest wall or skin.
- People whose cancer has spread to lymph nodes above the collarbone on the same side, lymph nodes behind the breastbone, or to other parts of the body.
- Men with breast cancer.
- People who have previously had radiation therapy to the same breast or to the area above the collarbone on the same side.
- People with a history of another cancer, except for thyroid cancer, a very early form of cervical cancer (cervical carcinoma in situ), or skin cancer.
- People whose breast cancer has been identified as a specific type that does not meet the study's requirements, including ductal carcinoma in situ, lobular carcinoma in situ, phyllodes tumour, metaplastic cancer, or a benign (non-cancerous) tumour.
