Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Be between 8 and 18 years old

  • Have a heart condition known as "single ventricle physiology," where the heart has only one working pumping chamber
  • Have moderate to severe kidney disease (stage 3 or higher)
  • Have serious liver problems, shown by abnormal results on certain liver blood tests
  • Be currently pregnant
  • Have significant developmental delays or difficulty following verbal instructions needed to complete the study
