Who might be able to join this trial:
- Be between 8 and 18 years old
- Have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) belonging to one of four specific types (types 1, 2, 3, or 4 as defined by the World Health Organization)
- Have a mild level of illness — specifically WHO functional class I or II, meaning symptoms are minimal or only appear with significant activity

Who may not be able to join:
- Have a more severe level of illness — WHO functional class III or IV, meaning significant symptoms even during mild or minimal activity
- Have a heart condition known as "single ventricle physiology," where the heart has only one working pumping chamber
- Have moderate to severe kidney disease (stage 3 or higher)
- Have serious liver problems, shown by abnormal results on certain liver blood tests
- Be currently pregnant
- Have significant developmental delays or difficulty following verbal instructions needed to complete the study
