Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of primary breast cancer (either invasive or in situ, meaning cancer that has or has not spread into surrounding tissue)

- People who received radiation to only part of the breast rather than the whole breast
- Male patients
- People with other serious health conditions that significantly limit life expectancy
- People who are receiving a type of internal radiation treatment called a brachytherapy boost
