Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of fluid collection near the pancreas called "walled-off necrosis" (WON), as defined by a recognised medical classification system
- The fluid collection measures 4 centimetres or more at its widest point
- You have at least one of the following: signs of infection, digestive problems, stomach/abdominal pain, or yellowing of the skin/eyes caused by a blocked bile duct

- You are being seen or treated at one of the hospitals taking part in this trial
Who may not be able to join:
- The fluid collection cannot be safely reached using an ultrasound-guided endoscopy procedure (a camera passed through the mouth)
- A specific type of drainage stent (called an AXIOS stent) has already been placed into the fluid collection before joining the trial
- You have a serious blood clotting problem, shown by a low platelet count or abnormal clotting test results
- You are taking blood-thinning medications that cannot be safely paused or managed in line with relevant medical guidelines (confirm with trial site)
- You are not well enough to undergo an endoscopy (a camera procedure)
- You are pregnant
- The trial doctors have judged, for any other reason, that it would not be appropriate for you to take part
