Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years old or older and have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease
• You have had surgery to remove a section of your bowel, and the two ends were joined together (called an anastomosis), with no visible signs of disease remaining after the operation
• You previously had a temporary bag (ileostomy) after Crohn's surgery, and have since had that reversed, resulting in the bowel being rejoined with no visible abnormalities
• You have Crohn's disease affecting the area around the back passage (perianal disease), as long as your surgery resulted in a rejoined bowel with no visible signs of disease
• Your Crohn's disease diagnosis has been confirmed through a combination of clinical assessment, scans, camera tests, and tissue samples

Who may not be able to join:

• The joined section of bowel cannot be reached using a standard camera test (colonoscopy)
• There are still visible signs of disease remaining in the bowel after surgery
• You have a permanent bowel bag (either an ileostomy or colostomy)
• You have other health conditions or are currently too unwell to safely have a camera test (colonoscopy)
• You are unable to give your consent to take part in the trial
• The rejoined section of bowel cannot be reached during the camera test, even if it was expected to be accessible (confirm with trial site)
• There is a suspected hole or tear in your bowel or digestive tract
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
