Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa according to standard medical guidelines (DSM-5)
- You are 12 years old or older
- You are currently receiving treatment for an eating disorder at one of the specialist centres involved in this study, either as a day patient or staying overnight at the centre
- You are able to understand, read, and write in French
- You are covered by social security or a health insurance scheme
- You have read the information about the study and are willing to sign a consent form to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You have unstable physical health that requires intensive medical care or close monitoring, or you are currently in a psychiatric emergency situation (such as being at risk of suicide or having severe psychiatric symptoms)
- You have a physical health condition that means you cannot do any physical activity
- You are not covered by social security or a health insurance scheme
- You are in an emergency situation, unable to give your consent, or are an adult under legal guardianship or supervised protection
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not wish to take part in the study
