  • African American men who meet at least one of the following conditions: have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body; have a specific type of prostate cancer growth pattern called intraductal or ductal pathology; have a cancer stage classified as T3a or higher; have a cancer grade of group 4 or a Gleason score of 8 or higher; or have a family history of breast, ovarian, prostate, pancreatic, colorectal, or uterine cancer in 3 or more blood relatives, especially if those relatives were diagnosed before age 50

  • People who do not meet the conditions listed above
  • People under the age of 18
  • People who have difficulty understanding the consent form, or for whom significant anxiety is noticed during the consent process
