Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a sudden, non-trauma-related bleed in the brain, confirmed by a CT scan (without contrast dye).
- People where the brain imaging procedure (called a cerebral DSA, a detailed X-ray of blood vessels) can be started within 3 hours of symptoms first appearing.
- People whose treating doctor has agreed to perform the brain imaging procedure.

Who may not be able to join:

- People who need urgent surgery or another time-sensitive procedure.
- People who are currently pregnant (a negative pregnancy test is required for anyone who could potentially be pregnant).
- People who have a medical reason they cannot receive iodine-based contrast dye, which is used during the imaging procedure.
- People known to have severely reduced kidney function (specifically, a kidney filtration rate below 30 ml/min).
