Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are female and aged 20 years or older
- People whose cancer has not spread to distant parts of the body, based on clinical assessment or imaging
- People diagnosed with a specific type of breast cancer called invasive ductal carcinoma
- People whose cancer is HER2-positive (this includes certain subtypes such as luminal B and triple negative)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have two or more separate tumor areas in the breast
- People who have calcium deposits (microcalcifications) remaining after chemotherapy that are larger than 2cm
- People who have cancer in both breasts, or a type called inflammatory breast cancer
- People for whom radiation therapy is not medically safe
- People who have previously had cancer in the other breast
- People whose breast cancer has spread to distant parts of the body
- People who have had an allergic reaction to MRI contrast dye
- People who are male
- People who are not well enough to give informed consent
- People who carry a BRCA gene mutation
- People who wish to have breast surgery as part of their treatment
- People who have been diagnosed with another cancer within the past 5 years (note: certain skin cancers that are not melanoma, and a specific early breast condition called ductal carcinoma in situ, may still be eligible even if diagnosed within 5 years — confirm with trial site)
