Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are willing and able to sign a consent form and follow the trial schedule, including visits, treatments, and lab tests
• Your physical fitness level is rated 0 or 1 on a standard activity scale (meaning you are fully active or have only minor limitations in strenuous activity)

• You must not be breastfeeding if you are a woman

Who may not be able to join:

• Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be surgically removed
• You have moderate or severe nerve damage in your hands or feet (Grade 2 or higher peripheral neuropathy)
• You have an active autoimmune disease (a condition where your immune system attacks your own body) — some milder conditions like type 1 diabetes, underactive thyroid managed with hormones only, or certain skin conditions may still be allowed (confirm with trial site)
• You are currently taking high-dose steroid medicines or other drugs that suppress your immune system (with some exceptions — confirm with trial site)
• You have HIV or AIDS
