Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing and able to give their consent to take part in the study
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with a stroke that has affected their arm or hand, and who have enough movement in that arm or hand to complete a motor learning task (confirm with trial site)
- People who have already been discharged from hospital care
- People who are interested in taking part in a programme aimed at improving sleep quality
- People who have reliable access to the internet
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have another neurological condition affecting their movement, such as Parkinson's Disease or Multiple Sclerosis
- People who have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder, such as sleep apnoea, that is currently untreated
- People who have uncontrolled seizures
- People who have a planned hospital stay within the next 4 months that would prevent them from fully taking part in the sleep programme, such as a stay for rehabilitation
- People who have received psychological therapy for insomnia at any point in the past 12 months
- People who are currently pregnant
