Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must have been diagnosed with a moderate-severe form of a condition involving unexplained physical symptoms affecting multiple areas of the body (specifically, at least 2 body systems each with 3 or more symptoms, or 3–4 body systems each with 3 or more symptoms) — (confirm with trial site if unsure about your diagnosis).
- Your symptoms must have been present for more than 6 months.
- If you are older than 25, you must have been working or studying for at least 12 months within the last 2 years.

Who may not be able to join:
- You may not be able to join if you have a serious physical or mental health condition that is not well managed and could make it difficult for you to take part in the treatment.
- You may not be able to join if you are not willing or motivated to take part in an online treatment programme.
- You may not be able to join if you feel you have poor skills using computers or the internet.
- You may not be able to join if you are not able or willing to give your informed consent to participate.
- You may not be able to join if you are currently taking opioid painkillers or benzodiazepine medications (such as certain sleeping tablets or anxiety medications).
- You may not be able to join if your use of medications that affect mood or mental health has not been at a stable, consistent level recently.
