Who might be able to join this trial:
- You identify as Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander
- You are between 50 and 75 years old
- You have noticed changes in your memory or thinking, or have been told by a doctor that you have mild cognitive impairment
- You have been diagnosed with at least one of the following: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or obesity (a BMI of 30 or above)
- You are physically able and willing to take part in moderate physical activity, such as Hula dancing
- Your doctor has given you approval to do moderate physical activity
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently pregnant
- You already practice Hula dancing at least once a week
- You have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia condition
- You have been diagnosed with moderate or severe major depression, or you score at a moderate or higher level for depression on a standard depression questionnaire (confirm with trial site)
