Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men aged 18 years or older at the time of screening

- People whose cancer has spread to internal organs such as the liver or lungs
- People who have, or are at risk of developing, spinal cord compression due to the cancer
- People with any other medical condition, ongoing treatment, or abnormal test result that the treating doctor believes would interfere with the trial or would not be in the person's best interest
- People who have had another active or progressing cancer within the last 2 years — though certain low-risk skin cancers, superficial bladder cancer, or early-stage cancers that have been successfully treated are generally not excluded (confirm with trial site)
