Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have cancer that can be measured (for example, by scans or tests)
  • You are physically able to carry out basic daily activities, at a level that meets one of the standard health scoring systems used in cancer care (your doctor will assess this)
  • Your doctor believes you may be a good fit for one of the related treatment studies in the ComboMATCH program
  • You have already had genetic or molecular testing done on your cancer through a laboratory approved by the National Cancer Institute
  • Your cancer is advanced or has spread locally and needs treatment, AND either it has gotten worse after at least one standard treatment, or there is no standard treatment known to extend life for your type of cancer
  • If you are 18 or older and your tumor can be safely biopsied, you are willing and able to have a small tissue sample taken for research if you join a treatment study
  • If you are 18 or older and a biopsy is not safely possible, you have a stored tissue sample (taken within the last 12 months) available, and your cancer did not significantly shrink in response to any treatment given after that sample was collected
  • If you are under 18, you have a stored tissue sample available that meets the required format (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

  • There are no specific exclusion criteria listed in this registration trial itself, however each individual treatment study within the ComboMATCH program has its own additional eligibility requirements that you would also need to meet (confirm with trial site)
